The annual VMA Awards

The annual VMA Awards allow the industry to demonstrate its skill and professionalism in marketing its products and services. Each year the number and quality of entries increases, as does the number of guests wanting to attend. Current categories include the Consumer Media Award, the Detail Aid Award, the Practice Marketing Award and the hotly contested Young Marketer of the Year Award. Sponsors include The Veterinary Record, In Practice, Noble Futures, Merial Animal Health, and The London Vet Show.

About the VMA Awards

The VMA Awards take place annually in London, typically around the second week in March; they run retrospectively, so the awards recognise achievement from the year previous and are titled as such. Hence the awards ceremony that took place in March of this current year (2016 at the time of writing) recognised campaigns and achievements that took place in 2015, hence the title ‘VMA Awards 2015’.

The VMA Awards 2016 took place on the 17th March 2017.

They rely on the support of the whole industry and our very generous sponsors – not to mention the VMA Committee who give their services for free to put on the event each year.

The awards highlight the very best in veterinary marketing, as well as the most innovative teams and individuals, with the Young Marketer of the Year Award rewarding the very best newcomer with a CPD bursary and other opportunities to further advance their career prospects.
