VMA Annual Seminar |

Venue |
|
Chartered Institute of Marketing, Moor Hall, Cookham |
Outline |

"Driving brand loyalty through the art & science of emotion" - How recognisable would your brand be without the logo?
Do you rely mainly on rational, visual stimuli to differentiate your brand? If so, you could be missing out on the power of multi-sensory branding to stand out in an increasingly cluttered visual environment.
Research shows that the non-visual senses - hearing, smell, touch and taste - can be much more effective in driving customer engagement with a brand because they operate at a subconscious, emotional level.
This seminar will explore what is emotion and how we can map emotion by use of MRI technology, discuss the hierarchy of the senses, introduce the topic of neuromarketing and demonstrate - using case studies from a range of industries - how you can use multi-sensory branding to develop products, services and communications that express your brand personality in new ways and help you to develop deeper emotional connections with customers.
Who should attend?
This seminar is aimed at anyone who needs to build loyalty to a brand, whether the brand be a product or service. This seminar would be equally applicable to those in the large animal sector as the small animal sector or those interested in driving brand loyalty at a practice level. |

e-Communications Seminar
Be a part of a conversation.
And be interesting>>
The animal health industry must have a new media strategy in place. But e-commerce isn’t just about killer applications, widgets and Web 2.0, say speakers at a Veterinary Marketing Association seminar in October. When it comes to creating value – and revenues, nothing beats human communication.
