November 29th 2012, CIM Cookham, Berkshire   This year's Annual VMA Seminar will be on the subject of promoting/enhancing loyalty. This seminar will cover driving loyalty within our industry (including a specific paper on marketing to women based on the relatively high percentage of women in vet practice) and also how to develop loyalty within our chain.
